Personal trainer tips: Mind Control!

You’ve heard me talk about this before, but I want to reiterate that your mind is a powerful thing. It can be very convincing, regardless of whether or not what it’s having you believe is the truth.

Here’s an example…

Let’s say a perfectly healthy person has to visit the doctor or dentist. They’re terrified of the prospect. Even if it’s a routine exam with no pain, that otherwise healthy person’s mind can make them feel so in danger that their heart races to the point that someone would think they were on the verge of cardiac arrest based on blood pressure and heart rate alone.

Just like in this example, our minds can play such powerful tricks on us that we absolutely believe without a doubt that our truth is reality…

…but often that’s not the case.

I’m writing this to you today to help you take back control of your mind.

What are some big things that are holding you back? What obstacles do you see before you presently?

I want you to question these things…question their reality.

Look at multiple sides of the obstacle or scenario. Look for solutions rather than only seeing the problems.

I can almost guarantee that if you take back control of your perception from your mind that you can create a different, more empowered story about what is real.
