What’s Included in the 6-Week Foundation Programme

Initial Movement Screen & Health Assessment

Before you start, we take you through an assessment and movement screen.

  • Ensures every exercise is safe for your joints, back and any past injuries
  • Helps us understand your mobility, strength, balance and any limitations, which allows us to write a specific programme for you

Gives you a clear baseline so you can see and feel your progress by week six

A Personalised Training Plan Designed Around You

No guesswork. No generic workouts. Your coach builds a plan based on your ability, confidence level and goals.

  • You progress at your pace, not someone else’s
  • Reduces risk of injury and builds proper technique
  • Helps you finally develop consistency because everything feels achievable and tailored

2x Weekly Personal Training Sessions

Two personal training sessions each week, led by coaches who specialise in supporting women in their 40s, 50s and 60s.

Full Access to Group Fitness Sessions

Alongside your PT, you can join our supportive women-only group training sessions.
